Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager for the west region, located at
Mumbai, to take up the new business development mandate and managing the
relationships of the company with its important customers in that region. You will be
responsible for actively seeking new key accounts and maintaining long term key customer
relationships by working closely with the senior employees of the customer companies.
The ideal individual should be experienced in building strong relationships and have an
existing network in the corporate/enterprise sector. You should have the ability to identify
needs and requirements to promote our companys digital solutions and drive business
value for our clients.


Responsible for End to End sales right from generating leads till final closure of the
project as well as post customer satisfaction/client servicing.
Overall manage all the functions which include: Strategic Alliances, Business
Development, sales operation & channel partnering.
Develop relationships with a portfolio of major clients based on trust and good
corporate practices.
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and map
that to the services bouquet of the company.
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions
that meet their objectives
Interact with the service delivery teams for project delivery.
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams as and
when required.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with any and all gaps to
maintain trust.
Play an integral part in generating new sales from customers you manage while actively
seek out new customers in your geographical market.
Prepare regular sales reports, well versed with sales CRM platforms and forecasts to
internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Work with performance targets for new revenue generation and working towards
achieving them every quarter.

Required Candidate profile

Proven experience as an experienced sales professional and account manager with in
Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs, so a strong
technology/digital services selling background
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships
with professionals of all organizational levels
Excellent organizational skills covering problem solving, negotiations and servicing
Should have experience in a digital agency, digital technology services company
Should have at least two years of strong account management experience in the
Mumbai region and provide strong client references.
